Deco inflatable float ring.
Note: The game doesn’t allow you to place objects on top of water, however- if you place scaffolding in the pool, the float on top of the scaffolding, and then delete the scaffolding, the float will drop on top of the water 🙂 (thanks to Grefia on the House Flipper Discord for this handy tip!)
