Description:

Fix a bug where X2DebugItems crashes the game in WOTC

Also fix a bug where selecting secondary/heavy weapons in x2debugitems will cause your camera to lock up. Also fix a bug where x2debugitems not granting abilities from weapon upgrades (No vanilla upgrade uses this but some mods may use it, and this would be the only way to test them without going through a strategic layer).
