In this scenario Ukraine achieved a massive breaktrough in the Russo Ukrainian war and reclaimed crimea. This major defeat led to the total collapse of Russia and a civilwar broke out. NATO got disolved because their main target disapeared. This started a second Cold War betweeen Europe and the USA. Both wanted to show their dominace over the world and the new German Empire created the "Federation Europa" to defend europe from any foreign invaders.
