Illegal prisoner kill – Kill Order

Best to use with P.O.W. mod, vanilla also supported!
How to use this:
In the staff tab, select "kill order" or "mass kill order" and drop it on prisoners!
How does it work?
Kill order – has 4 chances for prisoner: escape, demolish, riot and stand with random behaviour, each has 25%
Mass Kill Order – has 25% chance for prisoners to start riot and 75% to surrender and die or fight
