Zens Building
Large Building with 6 floors. Includes 108 work rooms with 435 computers. Besides that it includes a restaurant on each floor ; meeting rooms ; Lounges; breakrooms ; elevators.
Includes Furniture (with exception of stairs and servers). If someone wants to have it without Furniture, please give me a notice. Includes a lot of the art out of the BoFo Artworks mod from Perendi. (thats the reason why the furniture is so "expensive". Also thanks to Nox for his mods. (Don’t think anyone who uses mods, don’t have at least one mod of him.
Building is from 1992, so no laptops or modern computers. Total costs excluding ground and servers Aprox 4.2 mln Euro.
