I’ve noticed that the already existing Tactical Rebel NPCs only have the male variation so I made a pack that includes the female and officer varients of the Tactical Rebel

Three NPCs are included
-Tactical Rebel Male
-Tactical Rebel Female
-Tactical Rebel Officer

They are found in the Humans + Resistance tab
