Conscription Overhaul
This is a submod of Project Variety, if you want custom events, journal entries and more content in general, go check the main mod.
This mod is fully compatible with vanilla, and should be compatible with the majority of the mods in the Steam Workshop
Modifications have been implemented to the Conscription Centers, resulting in all pms becoming selectable options, with the exception of the "professional army" law, which restricts choices to "National Draft Lottery" and "Compulsory Military Service".
These newly introduced pms are designed to enhance the conscription rate; however, they come with trade-offs, including increased levels of turmoil and economic burdens that are localized to the specific state housing the conscription center.
