Remove Outpost Slaver Raid
I removed the Slaver Raids on the Player Outpost due to the fact that they impact in a negative way your reputation with the Slave Trader Faction which is a bit unfair if you did not start developing relationships with them!
They will only start attacking you if King Tengu has been killed/napped!
