Built on a budget, Minisville lacks all but the most essential amenities vital for running a successful prison. The Canteen is often standing room only. The holding cell doesn’t have enough beds for all the prisoners. There’s hardly room to swing a cat in visitation. And the kitchen is a health and safety nightmare.
There’s no room for solitary inside the main building. So naughty cons have to stay outside in the cold. There’s no common room. So no tv. And you can forget parole. Once you’re in, you’re staying in.
