Description:

Splits Pingala into two governors, each dedicated either to culture or science. Let us admit, it was necessary. Pingala was just too attractive governor to pick. Having a single governor for science and culture BOTH was busted. Without overhauling the entirety of Governors, now there is a governor for science and governor for culture. See screenshots.

This mod was made to be used with Stylish Governor portraits. It does not require it to function, but the art style was aligned to that mod, instead of Vanilla game.
