Builder Tools
Builder tools. Currently only handles power modifications, will expand if the API is expanded also.
USAGE:
Press `config.controls.toggleMenu` (DEFAULT `) to open Builder Tools menu while in build mode.
Press the "Add Mod" or "Sub Mod" to add or subtract from the power modifier, respectively.
Select a block with power output. If the block has a power output, it should be displayed in the menu/UI.
Press `config.controls.setPower` (DEFAULT x) to set the individual blocks power to your set power modifier.
Press `config.controls.setAllPower` (DEFAULT c) to set all blocks of the same type as the selected block to your power modifier.
