The August War
Task Force 70.1 is on patrol in the Pacific when a new hardliner-headed Chinese governement launches an assault on Taiwan in August, 1991. USS Carl Vinson CVN-70 and her escorts go toe-to-toe with the PLAN and PLAAF in a variety of naval, air, and sub-surface engagements across the South China Sea, Taiwan, and Okinawa.

1) Battle of the Ryuku Islands ***
2) Subs off Shimayama **
3) Assault on Penghu ***
4) Intruders over Hainan ***
5) Victor’s Gauntlet ****
– Utilizes scripting and randomized spawns for replay-ability
– Utilizes NTU, Red Storm Arsenal, and Red Storm Arsenal for a slightly more modern feeling
– Compatible with Pact Enhanced LethaliTy, but please be aware that this will make the missions more difficult all around, and the missions were not designed with it in mind (I did test a few with it though, and they’re perfectly winnable with it)
– NOTE: If the Arleigh Burkes do not appear in game for you or if you get stuck on loading the mission, ensure that sea lifter and anchor chain have been installed properly. There is a guide on the Arleigh Burke mod page.

This mission pack is not yet completed to the extent I want it to be, but due to lack of time in the coming months, I decided to compile the missions into one upload for ease-of-access. In the future, I will likely eventually add a few more missions and properly finish it up.
In the mean time, enjoy! I had fun learning how to create and script scenarios, and big thanks to i_blank (creator of the TF75.3 scenarios) on the BuOrd discord for helping me out with all my questions.
