[REP+/RGON] Rules Card but it’s Rouxls Kaard
Replaces the Rules Card with Rouxls Kaard from Deltarune.
Works on Repentance and Repentance+ but works better with Repentogon.
If you’re not playing Repentogon, this mod will make Rules Cards spawn approximately twice as often, because all video games are bad and I hate making them.
