Broken World 2030 and Intermarium

2030 political landscape. Many countries across the world have suffered a partial collapse. Russia, USA, France, India, Germany, China, Italy, UK all have split up in several countries. Meanwhile Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine have formed an political-military alliance and despite political differences are trying to survive by working together, or will they split up?
Features:
A Holy Roman Empire type alliance called Intermarium Commonwealth, instead of playing one whole nation, can play each member state.
Several new civilizations in place of collapsed Russia, the Russian Republic, National Bolsheviks, New Rus, Siberian Federation, Ural Federation and East Siberia. These nations should have random Russian names.
Geopolitical landscape fractured by many separatist states across the world.
New leaders added for Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Israel, Bulgaria, Germany, USA
The Belarus flag changed to an appropriate one.
