デフォルトの設定は下記です
高品質:1
奇跡:2
神器:5
アーティファクト:3

またエンチャントの生成レベルに係数をかけることもできます
デフォルトは1(等倍)です

設定はこちらを確認してください　Modを入れた状態でElinを起動すると生成されます

Adds the number of enchantments given to equipment

The safe settings are below.
Superior:1
Legendary: 2
Mythical: 5
Artifact:3

You can also be particular about the enchantment generation level.1 (same size) is okay
