Description:

Fix a bug with Stocks and Laser Sights not benefitting from Insider Knowledge, despite all descriptions claiming so.

Compability:
Adds another ability to all stocks, including any custom weapon upgrades that have bonus damage using ‘Miss’ tag, and the bonus will apply to all damage instance using ‘Miss’ tag
