Ever looked at Isaac and thought, “Yeah, this needs more chaos”? No? Too bad. This mod throws in 2 new characters, 15+ items, a new pill, new trinkets, and an overwhelming amount of stupidity. Everything invented by The Wheel™.
Note: everything SHOULD work on Repentance+ but unlocks and some functions use REPENTOGON, REPENTOGON reccomended.
What’s inside this flaming mess?
- 🔥 Tainted Ember – a living fireball. She burns everything, including herself. Mismanage her flames and she’ll combust in real-time.
- 💀 The Fragile – an overthinker’s nightmare. You get way too many choices but die in a few hits. A dream for min-maxers, a nightmare for everyone else.
- 🩹 New items that range from genius to war crimes – vomit Brimstone, gamble your hearts away, spawn actual demons, or set yourself on fire for money. Some are great, some will ruin your run. Life is about balance.
- 💊 A new pill, because why not? – the kind of addition that’ll make you question if taking pills in Isaac was ever a good idea.
- 🔮 More mystery, more RNG, more regret – do you like knowing what you’re picking up? Too bad. Some items exist purely to remove that luxury.
