Swiftflyer Heavy Industries presents a companion vessel to the Respite Fleet Carrier.

This CV can run independent mining operations or deploy quickly from the Respite Carrier.
The Carrier has docking for two of these to allow one to focus on Ice and the other to focus on Rich Asteroids. You could also configure the AMM to do all three roles, standard asteroids, Dense Ice, Rich Asteroids.

Room to upgrade to core 9, more if you removed deconstruction or Plasma turbines.
There are more turret locations on the side of the vertical wings, can even fit the four large Asteroid turrets.

Plenty of ammo storage for your deuterium fuel. Room for two deconstructions for processing

Signal logic to lever for when docked to leave on and be zero fuel consumed.
