Description:

Fixes an animation issue when collapsing to incap after being released from a Smoker.

Techincally working as intended, ACT_TERROR_INCAP_FROM_TONGUE is shorter than ACT_DIESIMPLE and cause a visual issue when it plays.

Works with everything.

Notes:
As a server-sided script, will only work on your own local server.
