Makes the Culture Super Pack, VIP Modpack, and Extended Naval Combat compatible.

YOU MUST LOAD THE MODS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
1) Culture Super Pack
2) VIP Modpack
3) Extended Naval Combat
4) Compatibility Patch

If you don’t load the mods in this order, you will get a "Mismatched Mods" error message. If this happens, please restart your game and try loading the mods again in the order above. If you don’t restart your game after getting a "Mismatched Mods" error, you may have other errors while playing.
