Tokugawa Recolour
It’s a Tokugawa recolour. This includes LoDs, minimap and banners/flags – both battle and UI. The UI banners don’t look amazing, photoshop isn’t really my thing, just don’t look at them too closely. EDIT: I’ve removed the agent icons for now as I accidentally messed with other faction agent icons, these remain unmodded
