MiSide Chat
Walking around the workshop, I found a very interesting addon that converts subtitles into text, which is done
in the style of the MiSide game and I decided to greatly rework it and adapt it so that it would work in multiplayer
and interacted with chat and not with subtitles!
In this addon you can:
– Change the color of the text and outline (changes for all players to yours, but they see their settings);
– Change the text font (there may be bugs);
– You can change how long the letters will lie;
– There are 3 chat modes:
0 regular chat Gmod
1 chat in MiSide style
2 combined mode where you can see both
miside_chat_font "Arial" (you can take names from Word)
miside_chat_message_lifetime 4.5 (4.5 is set by default, you can put any number, but lags may appear due to a large number of letters!)
miside_chat_mode 2 (from 0 to 2, default 2)
miside_chat_outline_color 255 255 255 200 (R – Red G – Green B – Blue A – Transparency)
miside_chat_text_color 255 255 255 (R – Red G – Green B – Blue)
