NPC Arena 3.5
This is an improved and modified version of NPC Arena 3 which you can find here
This map contains many more features compared to the original map:
Added a rebel spawn button (Update 1.1),
Added a headcrab canister button (Update 1.1),
Some geometry has been modified to be more AI-friendly,
A skybox has been added and the sky has been modified so the map looks nicer,
The moving platform stops at it’s destination, giving NPCs and players time to hop on,
The spawn-control platform’s cleanup button now resets the Combine spawn button so it can be used again,
A safe area above the arena has been added for players to spectate without using noclip,
More cubemaps have been added,
Several areas are more optimised for potato PCs.
Some headcrab burrow points have been added (Update 1.1),
The whole map has been completely re-noded for more efficient navigation,
Several jump nodes and climb nodes have been added for more options of NPC navigation,
NPCs can navigate on and off of the moving platform to chase their enemies,
Air nodes are placed around the map for flying NPCs (Scanners, manhacks etc),
A manually-created navmesh allows for efficient nextbot navigation,
A couple of areas on the navmesh allow for the nextbots to jump to locations they otherwise couldn’t have,
NPCs cannot see into the safe area above the arena.
This map contains hint nodes, air nodes and a navmesh for nextbots.
