Added Artanis with around 200ish voice lines for a majority of actions, see video for raw files. Also increased the voice volume a tad for Zeratul. See week plan for whats coming up next

This pack plans to add 3 characters from the StarCraft series:

Sarah Kerrigan(Zerg)- Around 200ish voice lines for a majority of actions
Sarah Kerrigan(Ghost)- Done, 80 sound files- let me know what you think(sort of a mini pack)
Zertatul- Done, with around 200ish sound files for a majority of actions(works great as a stealthy ranger or psi ops)
Artanis- Done with around 200ish voice files for a majority of actions
A majority of the sound files are from Heroes of the Storm with a few from StarCraft2. Video shows off some of those files. All of Sarah Kerrigan(Ghost) voice lines are taken from Heart of the Swarm, through various scenes and gameplay
Bugs? Zerglings? Errors getting you down?
