Suit-Wearing Citizens ragdolls
Not made by me. Just reuploaded this because nobody seemed to be going to do it.

This addon includes ragdolls of citizens wearing suits. Ragdolls have bodygroups and are finger-, eye-, and face-posable.
To change bodygroups use the Bodygroup Tool (or the right-click context menu).
These are not playermodels.
Additional information from author:
– 6 different suit colors * 12 different ties = 72 different outfit variations;
– The ties are all ragdolled with 3 bones and you can move the ties in pretty much every direction you want;
– The body model and textures are taken from Kane & Lynch (the first one), if you’re wondering.
