Salarian Sounding Voice Pack
Adds an effect to one of the XCOM EU/EW voicebanks in order to make it sound more like a salarian from the Mass Effect games. These voice lines will not sound as good as the salarian voice lines ripped straight from the game, but they should sound somewhat similar.

Q: Why aren’t you doing female voicebanks for the salarians?
A: So far, all of the female voicebanks that I have tested have either sounded no different to the original voice lines (so why bother doing it) or have been too "chipmunky" (which is annoying to listen to in-game and while putting the pack together). I’m not opposed to doing a female voicebank for the salarians, but it has to sound salarian; otherwise, it would just be a waste of time for me. I am working on it. (One of the good things to come out of Mass Effect Andromeda was at least three examples of non-Dalatrass female salarians)
Q: Why not use the XCOM2 voicebanks?
A: Oddly, the XCOM EU/EW voicebanks were easier to find in the SDK.
Q: Will you do voicepack mods for the other Mass Effect species?
A: I have no current plans to do the other species.
