此模组删除了马里文明的负面效果：训练单位和建造建筑减30％生产力，矿山减1金币。
同时增强了马里的文明能力和曼沙穆萨的领袖能力。将俄罗斯的特色区域“拉夫拉修道院”，高棉的特色建筑“高棉庙堂”，波兰的特色建筑“纺织会馆”，奥斯曼的特色建筑“大巴扎”，克里的文明能力“林地克里人”和高卢的特色单位“高卢枪佣兵”给予马里文明。将萨拉丁（维奇尔）的领袖能力“正义的信仰”，菲利普二世的领袖能力“艾思科里亚”和阇耶跋摩七世的领袖能力“国王的修道院”给予曼沙穆萨.

This Mod removes the negative effects of Malian civilization: training units and construction buildings reduce productivity by 30%, and mines reduce 1 gold coin.
At the same time, it has strengthened Mali’s Unique Ability and Mansa Musa’s Leadership Ability.
