此模组删除了葡萄牙文明的Debuff：国际贸易路线必须起源于海岸城市，并只能通往处于海岸上或拥有港口的城市。

允许葡萄牙文明创建陆上国际贸易路线。

This Mod deletes the Debuff of Portugal civilization: international trade routes must originate from coastal cities, and can only reach cities on the coast or with ports.

Allow Portugal civilization to create international trade routes on land.
