此模组加强了拜占庭的文明能力和巴兹尔二世的领袖能力。将蒙古的文明能力“蒙古部落”，斯基泰的文明能力“大草原上的人”，大哥伦比亚的文明能力“爱国军”，匈牙利的特色单位“镖骑兵”，俄罗斯的特色单位“哥萨克骑兵”，波兰的特色单位“翼骑兵”，蒙古的特色单位“怯薛歹”，埃塞俄比亚的特色单位“奥罗莫骑兵”，高棉的特色建筑“高棉庙堂”，俄罗斯的特色区域“拉夫拉修道院”和祖鲁的特色区域“伊坎达”给予拜占庭文明。将阇耶跋摩七世的领袖能力“国王的修道院”，亚历山大的文明能力“直到世界尽头”，托米丽斯的领袖能力“居鲁士终结者”，马其顿的特色单位“伙友骑兵”和匈牙利的特色单位“黑军”给予巴兹尔二世。

同时，“骑手”、“追猎者”、“骑兵”和“胸甲骑兵”仍然可以训练。

This Mod strengthened the Unique Ability of Byzantium and the Leadership Ability of Basil II.
