INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL WARSAW

Here’s a modern and beautiful LANDMARK from the Polish capital city!
The InterContinental Warszawa is the third tallest hotel in Europe after Hotel Ukraina and Spain’s Gran Hotel Bali. It features the highest indoor swimming pool in Europe at 150m/492ft above ground – 43 & 44th floor!
Its construction started in 2001 and ended in November 2003. It is the tallest hotel in Poland. The architect Tadeusz Spychala had a challenge as the inhabitants of the surrounding buildings protested to this huge tower blocking the sun!
Ultimately, an agreement with the residents was reached – thanks to the building’s UNIQUE "cut out" shape, nearby buildings’ access to light is less restricted.
Building is scalable from -30% to +30% in game, has 3 levels of detail that change with the distance and you will find it under ART DECO category (colorful icon) in the asset menu with following stats:
INTERCONTINENTAL WARSAW, available in the year 2000 (a bit earlier than the real thing), 164m/538ft in height and capacity of 60 COMMERCIAL.
