Description:

This mod changes garrison units for ALL FACTIONS.
Making them stronger and including elite units.

Removed mob units and replaced them with low melee units.
(mob is useless so why not have something more usefull)

Bithynia – Buffed Bithynian Infantry so it is more playable.

Faction specific units – I tried to add faction specific units into garrison of each faction.

Light military barracks lvl 3:
Cretan Archers for Knossos.
Rhodian slingers for Rhodos.
Syrian Heavy Archers for Seleucid Empire.
Nubian Bowmen for Egypt.
Gorgos skirmishers for Sparta.
Cimmerian Heavy Archers for Cimmeria.
Balearic Slingers for Iberian factions

Heavy Military Barracks lvl 4:
Royal Spartans for Sparta.
Foot Companions for Macedon.
Bronze shield pikeman for Pontus.
Picked hoplites for Athens and Syracuse.
Hellenic Royal guard for Egypt and Epirus.
Cimmerian Noble Infantry for Cimmeria.
Colhian Nobles for Colchis.
Silver Shield pikeman for Selecid Empire.
Agema Spears for Pergamum.
Sacred Band for Carthage.
And many more…

I would like to explain one tricky part about making garrison mods. Maybe you wonder why i do things certain way.
Factions share certain units. If i add 1 greek hoplite unit into garrison of any building, then every faction which has access to this unit will get this added garrison. So when i add 4 Swordsman units for Axum, then Kush will also get these 4 Swordsman, because Kush also has access to the same units. This is what makes it diffucult to make usable garrison for small faction like Axum, without affecting bigger factions with shared units.(another example: Egypt and Cyrenaica)
You might ask…Who would like to play these tiny factions like Axum anyways 😀 …well I might be the only one who finished this game with every faction and i intend to make every faction playable! 🙂

Combine this mod with 4tpy or 12tpy, i tested it with no problems. Unlock all factions also work with this mod.
You can load your saved game and the garrison will change in next turn.

Works also for Imperator Augustus campaign.

This is still work in progress and I intend to make it better with each update.
