Fewer Cities
Co-Op vs AI games are great fun, let’s improve them!
AI will randomly make cities well into late game, which aggravates some players.
This mod limits most factions to four cities, which prevents much of the AI behaviour without seriously hampering most Coop-Vs-AI strategies I have heard of.
Uses some XML format instead of EXT for builder units and elvish-factions, so may not work with other XML mods for builders.
