A submod for TOR. With this mod you recover magicka(winds of magic) on kill. Configurable.

This mod is still under testing, every feedback is welcomed.

I have not uploaded this mod anywhere other than the workshop and I am not responsible if problems occur with mods downloaded from elsewhere.
