The two Great Powers of the Mediterranean are on the verge of WAR! Rome, a Republic built of Conquest and War, and Carthage; a Phonetician Colony which would harness it’s great wealth through Trade and Production, with its Great Fleets protecting against all and utter defiance
But the question is….. Who will come out on Top?
This is my first Scenario so expect Bugs and Unbalanced Civilisations, as well as some Historical inaccuracy due to limited information during this time and for making the Scenario more fun.
