Station Flavor Text
Originally, the stations in Civilization: Beyond Earth were designed to have a short paragraph explaining their purpose of founding but this was cut from the release of the game. This mod unlocks the canonical flavor text that already exists in the game files, both when a new station is discovered and when the player clicks on an existing station banner.
There are no other changes to gameplay.
There is no unofficial text added so this does not contain flavor text for Lalibela, Church of Dawn’s Light or Golden Bell Taco, each of which are missing from the official file noted below:

Although only tested with the en_US localization, it may work with other language localizations as well.
Probably not compatible with any mods that make changes to stations.
