Legacy Quicker Holotargeting

I am continue and expand on this mod with the Quicker Abilities Mod which can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=879565107
This mod makes the holotargeting abilities animate much quicker.
It does not work well with my tactical speedup mod or quicker abilities. Please choose one of the three.
Also beware if you have slomo on a keybind cause this mod will overwrite
you slomo commands.
All others have fun and don’t wait for holotargeting anymore.
You can change the the speed multiplier in XComQuickerHolotargeting.ini
