EXALT: Back In Action
A mod for a mod: this alters The MOCX Initiative (both LW2 and the vanilla version) to change all references (and outfits) to MOCX to our suit wearing friends of old, EXALT.
As a bonus, also adds in potential weapon drops from killing MOCX soldiers through non-explosive means. Chances of getting a weapon instead of weapon fragments decreases with tier.
In a vanilla playthrough, the weapons are generally black market fodder, but with LW2, the weapons have a bonus to infiltrations that surpasses XCOM’s weaponry. Plus with limited weapons, it’s more probable for one of the dropped weapons to be of more use.
Only one of the MOCX mods is needed, you don’t need both of them. You can also uninstall the Tier 2 EU/EW Armor mod if you don’t disable the EXALT appearance option in the XComDarkXCom.ini in this mod’s Config folder, as this mod will take over for that.
The localization files (the .int files in the mod’s Localization folder) have notes on what you can delete if you just want the weapon additions and not the name/outfit changes.
