Sans – Skeletal Judgement
Sans the skeleton hustle his ways with skele-tons of blasters
A zoner type character that specialize in bones and blasters
This character have a pretty complex gimmick
Here’s the explanation

Stamina: Instead of HP, Sans uses Stamina to survive
Stamina Regen: When in "Wait" state, Sans will regenerate 0.7% Stamina every tick
Stress Meter: A bar that is indicated as Sans’ eye will fill up and upgrade attacks when a certain treshold is reached
Dodge: Sans will teleport in a set direction on getting hit and loses a fixed amount of stamina and gain 3% Stress
"Weakest" Monster: Almost every move will only deal 1 Damage/Tick
Karma: Every damage dealt to the enemy will inflict KR. The higher the KR, the faster they will take damage from it
Phase: When HP is low or when Stress Meter is full, sans will enter his next phase
Phase 2: Every time sans is hit 3 bones will fall from the sky
Phase 3(Finale): Sans’ will enter Retribution mode where he regain 1/3 of his stamina and won’t consume Stamina or adds up Stress when using a move
Tired: Can’t move, 1 hit and you are out
Movement: Consume 1% Stamina (except "Walk Forward")
Basic Attacks: Consume 1.66% Stamina and add 1% Stress
Specials: Consume 3.33% Stamina and add 2% Stress
Supers: Consume 1 Super Meter, 20% Stamina and add 25% Stress
