Both Perks when leveling up.
Credit to tyblaidd for creating the chooseableAWC mod. I’ve added it in because some people were getting skills further down the skill tree with AWC and need to respec that or else they won’t get both skills for that row.
This mod contains an override of promotions so any mods that also attempt to override that such as Retro AWC will not work with this mod.

"I found a solution for me. If this mod worked before, and doesnt work now, its means that game the game does not remove the line in a certain file.
You need delete any mods which override of UIArmory_Promotion, and open DocumentsMy GamesXCOM2XComGameConfigXComEngine.ini ,
found the line ModClassOverrides= and delete all. When you will start XCOM, game will re-write the necessary lines in .ini file. You can check this file again. There must be this lines
