Prioritises company ownership levels 100% of the time with the new 1.8 company system.
Will not change ownership between buildings after it’s been privatized, you will have to nationalize and re-privatize for a company to own it.
Modifies company construction ownership priorities (3% to 100%) and privitization priorities (7% to 100%). Also changes score multipliers for being under a minimum ownership level but this change is likely not required.
