Increase maximum active soldiers on Avenger Defense

In avenger defense, even if you have increased your global squad size and the squad limit in XComMissions.ini, there’s still a reinforcement cap that limits the number of active soldiers to 10. Which means if you set your mission soldier limit above this number, you will not receive reinforcements until enough soldiers die resulting in less than 10 soldiers remaining is under your control. This mod allows you to change that value (by default it is changed to 12, change it in steamappsworkshopcontent268500674260951ConfigXComAvengerDefense.ini) so you will still receive reinforcements on an increased squad size setting.
