Realistic Empire Names

I was really upset with the rather unimaginative, forgetful Empire names formed within DW2. The problem is the names are so common among so many Empires, that you cannot tell them apart from the names.

Personally, the name of the Empire should along describe the character and the type of Space Civilization you are dealing with.

These minor changes are extremely important to the feel of the games & Devs seem to underestimate the impact this has, In my personal opinion.
