Improved Flashbangs/Increased Disorient (Non WotC)

Increases how much flashbangs affect aim as well as makes people who are disoriented less accurate.
In vanilla disorienting someone only does -20 aim, with this mod it’s doubled to -40 aim.
You can easily edit the flashbang options yourself if you go to Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent268500636901612Config and edit XcomGameCore
