Character Body Overhaul (CBO)
This is basically a huge modeling and animation mod I’ve been working on that is designed to make a lot of the stuff that people are looking for out of the 3D models either possible, better, or easier. As time has gone on and I’ve improved at modeling and animating, I’ve added and will continue to add stuff to it. Just based on the way this is coded, this stuff is usually together.
* Adds new character models. The new character models have a higher poly count, so they should look generally better than the base game models.
* Added variation in body sizes such as butt sizes, hip sizes, waist sizes, and shoulder sizes, generally creating more varied-looking people.
* Greater variety to body shapes, muscles, and fat compared to the base game. The screenshots represent the most extreme possibilities visible in the game to represent this greater variation, but it’s not the norm. As a side effect of some other work I’ve done, much taller characters (up to around 9 feet tall) are now possible, though this would require another mod to unlock.
* Additional bones for better animations. I’ve added extra bones to the base models, allowing animators to move various body parts for improved animations.
* Adjusted base clothing and added revealing versions. Most clothing in the game now has revealing versions. I also plan to add more detailed versions of religious and war clothing in the future (and may already have added them by the time you read this).
* Integrated additional animations. Animations using the royal court system, previously in a separate mod, are now part of this mod. Some features have been temporarily removed due to recent updates breaking certain functionalities, but I plan to reintegrate them eventually.
* Includes uncensored content. This mod removes censorship for parts that were previously censored, providing a fully uncensored experience.
For the best experience, I highly recommend using Better Barbershop alongside this mod. This combination enhances character customization significantly.
