Capacitor Discharge

Support Tree:
Combat Protocol
Phantom
Holo-Targeting
Conceal
Threat Assessment
Rupture

New Abilities:

EW Suite: +30 Hacking Skill

Disabling Shot: -15 Aim, Disables Enemy Weapon, Deals normal damage.

Comm Hack: All Enemies in the target radius have their weapons disabled and are marked for +10 aim.
