[Vampire Coast] No Pirate Cove Cooldown

Description:

This mod simply reduces the cooldown to establish a pirate cove with a hero from 15 turns to 1 turn.

From a balancing perspective, the existence of this cooldown doesn’t really make sense for several reasons :
– There is already a 15 turns debuff that increases the cost to establish new pirate coves making them very expensive.
– The pirate cove buildings themselves aren’t cheap either and except in very profitable ports, their effects aren’t that incredible.
– The hero has quite a high upkeep cost every turn which indirectly increases the cost of establishing coves even more if it’s the hero’s only purpose. Reaching a port can take several turns in some areas so it means losing money every turn just to move there, or while waiting idle until you have enough money to establish a new cove.

To remove the debuff that increases the cost to establish new pirate coves, use this mod :
