EG2Tv "Ivolga"
Modern Russian city train
EG2Tv "Ivolga" (ЭГ2Тв Иволга) is a series of electric trains designed for city and suburban commute lines, manufactured by CJSC Transmashholding at the Tver Carriage Works. The trains run on the MCD network, Moscow’s equivalent of an S-Bahn or RER, where they replaced the older ED4M EMUs.
This mod includes three generations of trains: the original five-car Ivolga EG2Tv-001, the mass-produced Ivolga 2.0 and the express version EGE2Tv Ivolga 3.0 with increased cruise speed.
