Cyclone Supression
The chinese have positioned a battlegroup off the coast of brisbane under the cover of a tropical cyclone. Intel suggests they’re primary target is RAAF base Amberly with the intent to cut off a good portion of Australian air capability. 4 F/A-18’s are already airborne for training exercises. 4 collins class subs are already positioned off the QLD coast as aprecaution due to increased political tensions. An Anzac class FFG is already deployed with escorts north of the sunshine coast and HMAS Hobart has departed naval base HMAS Brisbane only moments ago and awaits commands. 4 additional surface combat ships are enroute from Sydney currently abeam Tweed Heads. Be advised inteligence indicates the Chinese fleet has splintered into multiple groups to spread us out and with reduced visibility in the storm positive identification important given the number of australian commercial vessles and aircraft that have only just been given word to return to shore.
