Yak-141
A step change in capability from the Yak-38, the Yak-41 – known as the Yak-141 in the West – was to be a supersonic VTOL with weapons actually capable of threatening Western aircraft. The aircraft would be cancelled in the 1990s as the Soviet Union dissolved – along with its funding. The mod currently shows the aircraft as it would’ve been in the 80s, had it been finished – with the addition of the KH-35.
Current aircraft is in a very early stage. Model has no animations other than the bare minimum to operate from VTOL carriers, pylons are currently all on the centerline. I think the gun’s bugged too, but I can’t tell whether that’s just the gun AI in this game haha. It’s a project I’ll continue working on.
