Rebuildable region specialty ROTS
You can now destroy region specialty building (blacksmith, iron, gold, etc.) to change it to other specialty building.
CONFLICTED MOD:
-Should be compatible with almost all mod out there except some mod that change region specialty’s building level not its effect
